We pride ourselves on being one of the few places in Denmark that honours our crafting traditions by being almost entirely self-reliant.

In fact, underneath Munkebjerg Hotel there is a small "underground city" with our own bakery, confectionary, butchery, charcuterie, smokehouse, and flower bindery.

Such self-reliance enables us to produce and process the finest local ingredients according to the strictest quality requirements. We top off the experience with elegant table arrangements and our charming surroundings, which deliver the perfect atmosphere for any event.

    Great burgers! Free refill and free ketchup and mayo. The chili cheese fries are a bit to much, I recommend going with the regular ones! Lastly, it isn't cheap!
